Sam + Becca's Pre-shoot - Hengistbury Head, Christchurch Dorset

I love pre-shoots at Hengistbury Head in Christchurch, there is something about the mixture of grassy fields, mossy woodland, sand and beach-huts that just brings out the fun in people. Sam & Becca were no exception! :)

With Becca being a teacher, the school holidays over Easter was a great time to get together before their summer wedding, and with exactly 4 months to the day it was even more perfect timing. The weather started off a bit dull with the threat of rain, but the skies held back and we were treated to some lovely sunshine poking through the fluffy white clouds that eased the chilly breeze.

Not only were Sam and Becca a lovely loving couple, they also expressed their fun side and were very natural together in front of the lens, I cant wait to document their special day at The Tudor Barn in Burnham, Buckinghamshire!

Sarah & Ian Pre-Wedding Shoot - Walk to Coy Pond, Bournemouth to Branksome

We met up with Ian and Sarah in Bournemouth Gardens on a beautiful summers evening and they chose to head through the Upper Gardens towards Coy Pond in Branksome. The walk takes in lush planting, cute little red bridges and even a lovely old folly which apparently is now a home for bats!

The warm evening glow was perfect whilst making our way over boardwalks and strolling through long meadow grasses, before arriving at our destination of Coy Pond. Here Sarah and Ian had a quiet moment together before a spot of first dance practice - we can't wait to capture the perfected dance, and the rest of their special day in a few months time at The Miramar Hotel.

Charlie & James Pre-Wedding Shoot - Branksome Chine, Poole

A pre-wedding shoot with a difference…romance and puppy-love!

James and Charlie chose the beautiful Victorian Walk down to Branksome beach as the location for our get together before their big day, and it couldn’t have been a better time of year with the Rhododendrons out in fabulous bloom. I was also introduced to little Yankee, the couples playful bundle of fluff, who I have to be honest not only distracted me from my job but also stole the show in many a photograph!

We strolled down to the beach where both James and Charlie couldn’t hide their playful side, we had lots of dancing and silliness which was a joy to photograph, all the while Yankee was trying to dig to New Zealand...

The couple are getting married locally at Talbot Heath School, I can't wait to document the fun, games and celebrations in a few weeks time.
